Position Availible: SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Perform pest control residentially and/or commercially on a daily basis and is assigned work based on current operational needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

1. Assist assigned Route Technician or Fumigation Crew on their daily route.
2. Fill in for Route Technicians of Fumigation Crew when necessary.
3. Service accounts in an arranged, orderly fashion, on time. Safety is of utmost importance, both for the customer and technician.
4. Help on overtime work, and or occasional initial services on regular accounts, complaint services, commercial or residential accounts.
5. Maintaining service vehicle in a clean condition, both interior and exterior, and neatly organized.
6. See that all service equipment is in a clean and operable condition.
7. Report to work at appointed times, whether at the office or at the customer’s premises.
8. Make sure that all customers appointments are kept at the appointed times. If delayed, the customer must be informed, not left to guess if Support Technician is coming.
9. Handle any other pest control related work necessary as may be assigned.
